Rental Terms: Month to month contracts are automatically renewed at the anniversary date unless a 15 day notice to vacate is given. Rent is due on the anniversary date each month and payable in 5 days. A late fee will be assessed after the 10th day has passed.
Required Documents: One valid government issued picture identification document is required to rent units (such as driver's license or valid passport).
Locks: All storage units must me locked imediately upon signing the contract. Locks are to be kept on units at all times.
Abandonment: All Heartland Storage is not responsible for anything left or abandoned outside the tenant's unit. If tenant fails to meet the payment terms of the lease, according to Florida Stat lien laws, All Hertland Storage reserves the right to remove or sell the contents of the tenant's unit.

Alternative Office Space
 Besides our storage space, All Heartland Storage owns two separate buildings containing 1050 square feet work bays. These units consist of a bathroom & office each with a 10' X 10' overhead door, man door, and fully wired 220 service with overhead lighting. Three phase sevice available.
