- Do you service both household and commercial customers? YES

- What does “on sight” manager mean? We are here 24-7 with live on property manager.
- Do I have to sign a lease? No, you are only required to sign a month to month rental agreement that is automatically renewed each month until you vacate.
- Are there any restrictions on the length of stay? One month minimum. Month to month basis thereafter
- When do I have access to my storage unit? Daylight only, every day of the year.
- Does All Heartland Storage offer prorated rent? No, the due date will be the monthly anniversary date of when you rented your storage unit.
- How about pest control? Hallways and parameters around the buildings are treated regularly to control pest infestation. Also our tenants are most helpful in following our guideline of keeping no perishable food or items that could act as bait for pests.
- How do we pay? We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card and most other credit/debit cards.
